The same questions, from every customer
Your buyers know your range. What they need is the number, and they need it before they place the order:
- “Price per carton?” — your list price, by pack size
- “Can you send the spec sheet?” — dimensions, ratings, materials, models
- “What’s the MOQ?” — minimum order and pack quantities
- “How many days to Johor?” — delivery areas, rates and usual lead times
- “How do I order?” — the first step: a PO by email, an order form, a call
Every one of these is a lookup your sales team already knows, typed out again for the twentieth time while a real quotation waits.
⚠️ What it will not do
It will not quote, and it will not promise stock or a delivery date for an order. Dealer, volume and project pricing, “can you hold 200 units for me?”, “can it arrive by Friday?” — all handed to your team, with the conversation, every time. A price typed into a chat is a quotation the customer will hold you to, and stock moves faster than any list.
It will not guess a specification. If a rating, a dimension or a compatibility question is not in the sheets you approved, it says so and passes the question on, instead of inventing a number your customer might build on.
Credit terms for a new account, complaints, returns and warranty claims go to your team as well.
What it answers, and what it hands to your team
| Answered from the facts you approve | Handed straight to your team |
|---|---|
| List prices on your approved price list | Quotations: dealer, volume or project pricing |
| Specifications, sizes and models in your approved sheets | “Will this work for my application?” |
| Minimum order and pack quantities | Holding stock, or confirming a quantity for an order |
| Whether an item is stocked, if you keep that list current | A delivery date for a specific order |
| Delivery areas, rates and the usual lead times you state | Credit terms for a new account |
| How to order, payment methods, hours and location | Complaints, returns and warranty claims |
Every hand-over is emailed to you with the conversation, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
One price list, the same answer every time
When five people answer the same WhatsApp, a customer can get five versions of the price. The assistant answers routine questions from one list you approve, so the list price on Saturday night is the list price on Monday morning. When a price changes, send us the update: it is loaded within 2 business days on Starter, or the same day on Growth.
In your customers’ languages
Your customers write in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin or Tamil, sometimes in the same chat. The assistant replies in the language the customer used.
It runs on your existing number
The number on your invoices and catalogues. Jawabkan's WhatsApp service is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform — not a QR-scanning app, which is the usual reason business numbers get banned. Background: why cheap auto-reply apps get WhatsApp numbers banned.
Setup is done with you
Send us your price list, spec sheets, minimum orders, delivery rates and hours. A spreadsheet, a PDF catalogue or a photo of the printed list is fine. We load it, you approve each fact, and you see the assistant answering before you commit.

Frequently asked
Will it give my customers a quotation?
No. It states the list price you approved and hands every quotation request to your team, with the conversation, because a quoted price is a commitment.
Does it know what is in stock?
It answers from the list you keep current with us, so it can say whether an item is stocked. It is not connected to a live inventory system, so holding stock or confirming a quantity for an order goes to your team.
Can it answer technical questions about our products?
Only from the specifications you approve. A rating, dimension or compatibility question that is not in your sheets is handed to your team rather than guessed.
Can it reply in Mandarin?
Yes. It replies in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin or Tamil, matching the language the customer writes in.
What does it cost?
RM199 a month including 1,000 conversations, or RM399 for 2,500. No setup fee and no lock-in. Jawabkan is not SST-registered, so no SST is added. WhatsApp messaging fees are separate: Meta bills them directly to your own WhatsApp Business account, and we add nothing to them. A free 14-day assisted pilot to start. See pricing.
Supplier order-verification checklist (before releasing stock or paying a third party)
Malaysian wholesalers and suppliers are regularly targeted by impersonation and fake purchase-order enquiries on WhatsApp (including callers claiming to represent schools, offices, or a company director asking you to pay a “designated vendor” first). No reply tool replaces your own verification checks, though Jawabkan routes third-party payment requests and bank-account change notices straight to a human as an urgent alert without letting the AI improvise. Keep these four checks on your counter:
- Never pay a third-party “nominated supplier” to unlock an order: If a buyer asks you to transfer money to another vendor for a specialty item before they release their purchase order, stop and verify independently.
- Call the institution’s landline from an independent directory: Do not call the phone number printed on a WhatsApp PDF purchase order; look up the school, clinic, or company main line yourself.
- Verify bank-detail change notices by voice call: If an existing supplier or customer messages on WhatsApp saying their bank account has changed, confirm by calling your known contact number before transferring funds.
- Confirm deposit clearance in your own bank portal: Never release a lorry load on a forwarded WhatsApp payment screenshot alone; check your bank statement directly.
