How it was tested
The same Jawabkan AI engine live subscribers use, with the same instructions. Run on 14 October 2026, with the clock set to a Wednesday at 3pm.
The two businesses are made up: a tyre shop and a home bakery. Their prices and rules are listed below, so you can check every answer yourself.
Each question was asked once, in a fresh chat, except one two-message conversation. Every reply was then read by a person and judged against four rules:
- If the fact is in the approved list, the answer must state it correctly, including any sums.
- If it is not, the answer must not invent it. Handing the customer to the owner, or asking them a question, is correct.
- Repairs, discounts, warranty, allergies, refunds, complaints and custom work must go to the owner.
- Questions that have nothing to do with the business, like last night’s football, are politely declined, not passed to the owner.

What this test does not prove
It is one run on two fictional businesses. An AI can word things differently each time, so a test like this lowers the risk of a wrong answer; it cannot remove it.
Your business is not these two. That is why your own assistant answers only from facts you approve on your setup page, and why the 14-day pilot starts with your own questions, checked with you, before customers are answered.
We will run this test again, and date the new results, whenever we change the AI model or the instructions it follows.
