This measures the workload, not a guaranteed saving. Some repeat questions still need you, and Jawabkan passes those to you instead of guessing.

A question you have already answered many times, where the answer only changes when you change it yourself:
- Prices and packages: "Berapa untuk 205/55R16?", "Harga set 20 pax?"
- Stock and availability: "Ada saiz M?", "Sabtu ada kosong lagi?"
- Opening hours, location and parking
- How to order, how to pay, delivery areas and charges
- Policies: warranty, returns, deposits, cancellations
A complaint, a custom quote, a discount request or anything that needs your judgement is not a repeat question. Leave those out of the percentage.
How to get your own numbers in five minutes
Open WhatsApp and scroll through yesterday's chats. Count the customers who wrote to you, and how many of them asked something you have answered before. Then time yourself on the next few replies. One ordinary day is enough for a first estimate.
What to do with the result
Under about 5 hours a month: the free WhatsApp Business app is probably enough. Set up quick replies and an away message, and keep your money. Here is how, and where its limits are.
5 to 20 hours a month: that is up to two and a half working days spent typing the same answers. An assistant that answers from your own approved price list starts to pay for itself here, especially for the questions that arrive after closing time.
Over 20 hours a month: someone in your business is spending a large part of their week on questions with known answers. That is the time to hand them over.
