The same five questions, all day, from the bay
Most workshop messages are not hard. They just arrive while you are busy:
- “Ada tayar 195/55R15? Berapa sebiji?” — a size, a brand, and the price per tyre
- “4 biji siap pasang berapa?” — tyres plus fitting, balancing and alignment
- “Servis minyak hitam fully synthetic berapa?” — your package prices and what each includes
- “Kena booking ke boleh datang terus? Berapa lama?” — walk-in or appointment, and how long a job takes
- “Buka hari Ahad? Kat mana?” — hours, address and the landmark everyone uses
Every one of those is already on your price board. Jawabkan answers them on WhatsApp, your website, Telegram and LINE, in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Tamil, so the phone stops pulling you out from under the car.
⚠️ What it will not do
It will not diagnose a fault or price a repair. “Bunyi pelik bila brek, rosak apa?”, “aircond tak sejuk, berapa nak repair?” — every repair question goes to you. A noise described in a text could be a RM40 job or a RM2,000 one, and only someone who has looked at the car can say which. A confident guess either scares the customer away or sets a price you then have to walk back.
It will not say a tyre fits a car from the model name alone. “Boleh pakai untuk Myvi?” depends on the year and the variant. If you give us a size table you trust (for example, Myvi 2022: 175/65R14), it answers from that table. If you do not, it asks the customer for the size printed on the tyre wall, or hands the question to you.
It will not promise stock today or hold a tyre. Unless your approved information says so, it offers to check with you instead of saying “ada” and leaving you to explain later.
Discounts, trade-in prices, warranty claims and complaints go to you as well.

| Answered automatically | Handed straight to you |

Why a workshop needs the “I'll ask the boss” answer
In a workshop, the expensive mistakes are the confident ones: the wrong tyre size, a repair price quoted before anyone opened the bonnet, a tyre promised and already sold. Jawabkan is built to answer what your board already says and stop there. When a question needs eyes on the car, the customer is told you will reply, and the conversation is emailed to you.
We ran 42 customer questions through it, on two fictional shops (23 for a tyre shop, 19 for a bakery): all 42 answered correctly from the approved facts or correctly handed to the owner, no wrong answers. See every answer.
It runs on your existing number
The number painted on your signboard. Jawabkan connects through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, and you keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number: reply yourself whenever you want, and the assistant steps back. Meta's own WhatsApp charges are billed to your business directly; the first 1,000 service replies each month are free. Background: why cheap auto-reply apps get WhatsApp numbers banned.
Setup is done with you
Send a photo of your price board, your tyre list with prices, your service packages and your hours. We load it, you approve every line, and you see it answer before it talks to a customer. When prices change, send the new price by WhatsApp message and we update it for you; tyre and service prices are checked by a person before they go live.
Frequently asked
Will it tell customers what is wrong with their car?
No. It never diagnoses a fault or estimates a repair from a description. Every repair question is handed to you, because only someone who has seen the car can price it.
Can it tell a customer which tyre size fits their car?
Only from a size table you have approved. Without one, it asks for the size printed on the tyre wall or hands the question to you; it never guesses from the car model alone.
Does it know what is in stock today?
It answers from the list you approve and does not promise today's stock or hold a tyre unless your information says so. It offers to check with you instead.
Can it take bookings?
It tells customers whether you take walk-ins or appointments and how long a job usually takes, and passes booking requests to you. It is not connected to a calendar, so it does not confirm bookings on its own.
What does it cost?
RM199 a month including 1,000 conversations, or RM399 for 2,500. No setup fee and no lock-in, and a free 14-day assisted pilot to start. See pricing.
